"After having countless people out to look at my garden and what I was told was an impossible job I came across Craig's page and he came out to have a look. With majority of my garden (prior work beginning) being paved and on 4 different levels, it was quite a big job. No idea was too big and Craig was accommodating from the get go. He drew a 3D design up for me as I was unable to imagine his idea which was a huge help. The lads worked really hard and have completely transformed my garden into usable and luxurious space for myself and my little boy. "Contacted Craig and One Property when i needed a substantial fence project in the back garden and driveway but wasnt sure what style i wanted and having been let down at least 10 times by other companies who couldnt even be bothered to come and quote. Craig provided 3 separate quotations for the different work and was in constant communication throughout, explaining the different fences and gates available. Photos were sent to me throughout the erection as i was working away, and to say i wasnt disappointed is an understatement The fence ,over 45m, is fantastic and the workmanship is superb along the entire length of the fence and looks stunning in the design i chose. Great service, superb workmanship, good communication, quality materials used and it is clear from talking to Craig he is not going to leave any job that isnt 100% correct. "Craig and his team were marvellous from start to finish. I first contacted him in July with a view to cladding the fascias and replacing the guttering on the house. I tried several firms but he was the only one to reply. He came round to the house next day and gave me a rough estimate. Craig was very honest and said he would do the job but he was extremely busy at that time. In my opinion having plenty of business is always a good sign I was happy as long as the work was done before the winter. He said he would be back in contact and true to his word he texted me in October. We arranged a time slot to do the work and a detailed price. In the meantime I had had a price from a bigger firm that was £400 more expensive but using materials of a similar quality. Craig and Martin turned up as arranged and were friendly and professional at all times. Craig takes great pride in his work and asked several times what I thought as the job progressed. It was not all straightforward. Some of the work having to be carried out above a conservatory attached to the house. However he quickly found a solution to the problem. The final results were first class. I would not hesitate to recommend him"

From the initial visit from Craig and listening to his ideas we felt immediately confident about him. His quote was well below our anticipated costs and other companies. The job was carried out to the highest standard, on schedule, no hidden extras, we were extremely happy with the finished product.
