"This is just to say how disappointed we are in the service you provided to us. We did not think that you investigated our house very thoroughly; it is an old property and therefore subject to having more entry/exit points than usual. Ellis was very pleasant seemed to know what he was doing. However despite the traps and poisons you placed in and outside our house, none were caught and we still have rodents. My wife saw a mouse run across the floor in the kitchen 2 weeks ago and it disappeared behind the kick back in the kitchen. When we got down and looked there was plenty of space above the board for mice to get through. Also there were loads of droppings behind here. No searching was done behind the kickbacks in the new kitchen. There are still mice droppings behind our settee and today we have found more in our dining room. Sean tried to convince me on the phone that this is a rat problem and not mice. I didn’t care what we had, I just wanted a solution. He suggested that we organise a drain survey. He also said that he would get Ellis to call back for follow up. Neither of these have materialised since I spoke with him 2 weeks ago; nor has there been any contact by email.
