"Ordered flowers in advance for an occasion for a Monday collection. On the Saturday afternoon before, I received a phone call to tell me they could not do them as they weren’t fully staffed (not ideal 36 hours before) but I would receive a refund. I rang 4 days later for a refund and again gave my bank details. Another few days later I called again and spoke to the owner who apologised and said she was on her honeymoon (was that not planned before taking orders?) and she would get onto my refund ASAP. It’s now been 2 weeks I’ve had no refund, called again today and was told ‘the owner is off’ and I don’t need to keep ringing regardless how frustrated I am. Absolutely shocking customer service!"

"My sister paid £130 for a 4 foot Cross for her husbands funeral, she ordered it over the phone, when she saw the cross at Strathmore house she was very upset there was hardly any flowers on it and you could see most of the moss! She had asked for a cross made up white and blue for hartlepool United but the cross was very sparce and the predominant colour was the green moss, when I spoke to the shop they just fobbed us off! Shame on you. Other wreaths were from a different florist."

"Very disappointed in the quality of their flowers and service. Ordered an Angel for my great niece, paid extra to have a sash with her name on that was missed off, and some of the flowers where brown, as I live in the south I obviously trusted this establishment to provide top quality flowers, not just because they should and this was for a funeral, but more importantly this was a child’s funeral, they did not only not deliver to my expectations but the lady I spoke to kept talking over me on the phone when I was asking her to explain how the flowers would turn so quickly on the day, she said that two florists had checked over the Angel before it left for the funeral home, which I find hard to believe, given the fact that they missed the brown flowers, and didn’t even realise between the two that the sash was missing! They get very argumentative when challenged about their products and service they provide, your customers are paying a lot for your products and service, you could do well to listen to them. Looking at some of the reviews on here going back in to years you clearly don’t, or learn by your mistakes. Won’t ever buy from this florist again!"
