"They only have one worker who actually cares about his work, "Tommy" the rest can't be arsed at all one only really wanted to steal the lead that was there, took it without even asking, Tommy has high standards and does a very good job but is unable to babysit the others 100% of the time meaning we were left with really shoddy work on 50% of the windows, although they offered me a good price with a "long guarantee" they are impossible to contact them unless you continue to call again and again, will not respond to email or Facebook messenger. We now have 2 windows and a bifold door with broken seals as well as the glazing seal not cut to size meaning its constantly cold and have condensation. Photos red tape is broken seal"

"Fitted incorrect door then refuse to fit correct one. They take on jobs and then juggle balls with the customer time because they're greedy and take on too much work with little staff. It took 2 hours to remove a tiny glass enclosures then over a span of 2 months just to fit a door and 3 cladding boards after all that it was wrong size. They constantly have to leave after arriving and that is if they do arrive only to have to go to another job. Very untrustworthy company. Lack any communication with customer and within company. I'd think twice before letting this lot do any work."

"I have had all my windows and front door replaced by weatherproof windows . Ricky and his team did an excellent work couldn’t have been better would recommend to anyone. Friendly . Helpful super job"
