"After contacting numerous other roofing companies to come and give me an estimate (google first ,second and third )for my area and after having people making appointments and not turning up, I reached out to Vantage to come and look at the roof I needed repairing. They were so efficent from the initial enquiry over the phone, they had an estimator out to look at the Roof within four hours, He came up with a totally different solution to my problem Box Gutters on the property , gave me a competitive quote which I accepted there and then(after my normal stance of I cant afford that But) Paid my deposit over the phone to the girls in the office and got a clear timeline of when work would commence and how long it would take. Two days later the surveyor arrived checked what was needed for the job and again told me when everything would start and expected duration for the work to be completed. Scaffolders arrived two days later erected the scaffold( far more extensive than i had envisaged) job done quickly and efficiently, I received a phone call asking if the scaffold had been erected , which i confirmed and could the roofers start the next day, which i agreed to. The squad arrived the next day and commenced work, (fantastic set of tradesmen,know there stuff) the work was completed in a few days and to say i am delighted with the finished work would be an understatement, (feel free to call into my shop and i will show you what was done) to Summarise , Great team of people, efficient , Competitive and do exactly what they promise to do, I for one will not go past them, they will get all of my future work from my properties business. "Myself and my family can't speak more highly of this company, who did a complete roof replacement, plus guttering work for my Mother-in-Law. Not only did they do a first class job, but all the team from booking the job through to completion were 100% in both their workmanship and considerate, friendly attitude to our family situation, whilst work was in progress. I also feel it wouldn't be right not to praise Scott for his attentiveness in making sure the job was going well with his regular site visits and keeping us updated on progress. In addition to professionally, politely and effectively dealing with a minor issue following completion. Plus a big thank you to Paul and Jake, who returned promptly and cheerfully in appalling weather, to replace a piece of newly replaced guttering that after effective completion, had been damaged when scaffolders took down the scaffolding.
