"Myself and my family can't speak more highly of this company, who did a complete roof replacement, plus guttering work for my Mother-in-Law. Not only did they do a first class job, but all the team from booking the job through to completion were 100% in both their workmanship and considerate, friendly attitude to our family situation, whilst work was in progress. I also feel it wouldn't be right not to praise Scott for his attentiveness in making sure the job was going well with his regular site visits and keeping us updated on progress. In addition to professionally, politely and effectively dealing with a minor issue following completion. Plus a big thank you to Paul and Jake, who returned promptly and cheerfully in appalling weather, to replace a piece of newly replaced guttering that after effective completion, had been damaged when scaffolders took down the scaffolding. Then who both very kindly went the extra mile to oblige my request, to reassure us by checking out our new roof at the back of the house and reassure us all was well as I thought it would be. Following my suspicions after who I thought was a cowboy builder had falsely informed me that 'there was a slate missing??' All, what may seem little things? However, as the saying goes, 'little things mean a lot'. Especially in the realms of courtesy and excellent customer service, which tragically is becoming a rarity in many areas of life these days! In conclusion, myself and my family would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company. P.S. Thank you Vantage! So glad we got all our work completed before winter set in and even more so before 'Storm Chandra' paid us a visit!"

"We had water coming in through bathroom extension ceiling, called Vantage and they came and made an assessment and quoted. Agreed work to be done. Scaffolding arranged and fitted but when they came to do work was told 'we are not touching that' and called the surveyor back who quoted 20k plus to refit the whole roof. The roof is old and does need repair however the task at hand was to stop the water coming in. Vantage refused to do it without a complete re-roof. They then offered a solution but with no guarantee offered ( not even 12 months). So declined this and even though they did not touch the roof refused to refund deposit, despite them refusing to do the job. Do not trust anything they tell you. I will never recommend nor use them ever again and I would give zero rating if it was an option. Wasted 2 months of ceiling damage whilst they messed about. Was told by MD that 'it is what it is' and the customer is not always right! unbelievable!!!"

"Genuinely care about the trade and their customers!!! Spoke to Richard over the phone, even though we aren't currently customers he spent 20-30 mins of his time talking through a property that we're currently purchasing. We discussed a survey with the points raised and Richard gave rough ballpark estimates as well as imparting valuable knowledge. This company clearly cares about the trade and about their work, looking forward to working together in the future."

"If you want piece of mind, great customer service and a professional job choose this company. After bad experiences of many cowboy roofers doing botch jobs on my roof (costing me more in the long run) Vantage roofing replaced a section of my roof but not before helping me to make an informed decision around options and without any pressure.
