"Went into shop, customers in who were clearly ordering. One assistant in, who came over and I asked for quote/advice re hallway and stair carpet. He suggested following morning, I agreed. He wrote my street/door on a notepad, didn't take my contact no or even name. And.. didn't turn up. I'd no idea if he was delayed/forgot etc. Waited, rang shop, went to voicemail, waited longer, gave up. I had to keep others waiting this morning too. Clearly he had just wanted me out the way to deal with his other customers. I'm easy going, but I'm disgusted"

"Absolutely amazing I trusted this company with my poorly mum they where the cheapest by far and in my opinion much better quality. They where on time with amazing respect and whilst making my mum feel at ease also maintained social distance at all times and stay within the government guidelines.
