As I am new to the area I done a lot of research on whom to contact due to previous experiences.Glad I chose TSS, Micheal came and conducted a site survey, discussed all options and what would be best. He arrived as scheduled installed to a very high standard and was extremely helpful in showing how to use both systems. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what everything in the report meant, which I really appreciated. He made a genuine effort to try and move the cooker so he could access the socket behind it, but unfortunately it couldn’t be moved in the end. Even so, he did everything he reasonably could to check the installation thoroughly. Throughout the job he was very considerate of the property, working carefully and respectfully. Overall a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing electrical work or an EICR. ⭐"

"I'm not one for writing reviews but on this occasion it is most definitely required. To cut a long story short, recently purchased my first property which needed a lot of work. After chasing plumbers, electricians and joiners of a period of time it was finally time for the cctv and alarm. Again the same rollercoaster ride of chasing people until someone mentioned Mike. Unlike others he turned up as agreed discussed all options and completed the job as agreed. If only I knew he was a qualified electrician, would have definitely gave him the whole project. Honestly can't recommend him enough."
