"Chris and the guys did a fantastic job of fitting a new window & frame and new front door. Excellent quality of product and workmanship. Only improvement is communication could be better. Having been told a new barrel for the door would be ordered that day, we were then told almost a week later that they couldn't order a new barrel or more keys but that we could order more of the same keys from the manufacturer. A phone call telling us that, the same day or day after being told they would be ordered would have better, instead of leaving it to Chris to tell us when he came to fit the patio door panes. We would recommend using Signature to anyone, both Chris and Georgia (in the office) were very helpful and professional with Georgia following up with the guarantee and checking on the status of a couple of queries we had."

I have just been told that they would arrange someone to look at it or get someone this week or will talk to someone and get back to you. Till now I haven’t seen any attempt from their end to sort out this problem. Every window they have replaced have defects."
