"I have just bought a Nissan juke from RSL CARS Ltd . HARTLEPOOL. (IMPECCABLE) I came across them by a fortunate accident. It was serendipity ,The young man in the office was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and most of all honest. Which for some car salesmen is virtually non existent. He was very thorough in his information, helpful and funny . I was given a demo of the cars performance (impressive) I was unsure of what colour I wanted at the time ,So he managed to put both vehicles side by side and guided me through the points of both vehicles. At the end it was up to me .He was so patient with me. (Which I appreciated greatly) I finally made my choice. The whole team were very thorough in each of there fields of work. (Showed pride ) price was perfect for my budget, The vehicle was immaculate when it arrived at my door . Every thing was brilliant. I only give credit where credit is due. These people deserve it most sincerely. I was informed as he left ,If I needed any further help they were more than happy to assist. If I could give more than 5 stars I would quite happily. Richard and the lads are a great team. Keep up the brilliant work lads .You are second to none. I intend to visiting in the future should I need help (feel safe I'm not getting ripped off.) "Most lovely helpful guys! Couldn’t ask for anything more, helped repair my blowers in my car whilst lending me courtesy car and not even charging me after sorting the fuse out for me! After showing them my damages on my car they give me amazing prices so I was more than happy to go back to them. Got this arranged and again given a courtesy car to get me to work while my car was getting sorted, they were so kind and did an amazing job and at such a reasonable price too! I would definitely recommend them and go back to them if I need anything else! Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, much appreciated. Such amazing lads x"

"Purchased a Nissan Qashqai off the guys at RSL in December, fantastic, friendly service from the first minute, no pressure and all round nice guys, had a small issue with the car after a couple of weeks and the aftercare is second to none…problem diagnosed and repaired with zero hassle, car feels lovely now and will definitely be my first port of call next time I look for a new car. Cheers lads!"

"I bought a ford fiesta from RSL cars back in September 2024, I noticed a few little bits that needed doing on the car which was no problem from the lads (which could of happened to anyone) and they were more than happy to help and sort it out. "You cant help but love these guys; honestly they are just so genuine and helpful. I purchased a used car from RSL this year with a superb warranty that was included in the sale of the vehicle. The vehicle developed a minor fault after a few months, which RSL repaired very efficiently. I would buy from them again and have recommended them to family and friends, A genuine Hartlepool Business with genuine, honest people and a very reputable and highly recommended service."
