"Waited over 1 month for him to come have a look at the alarm he fitted. Didn't turn up the first time he said he would. Then he's on holiday the second time he said would come, no mention to us only found from a voicemail when we called on the day. Third try he falls off a ladder the day before...(fair enough) but again no mention to us. Best part was he stopped answering texts and calls, but magically answers immediately when my other half calls. *update* To recount the timeline 12/09/25 - 1st message regarding my issue 17/09/25 - replied with a one off price to come fix it week commencing 22/09/25 24/09/25 - Heard nothing back and no reply to a text 25/09/25 - Still no reply, I gave sorting the wifi a go, sorted that but alarm still isn't working 01/10/25 - Still no replies, called office number and you said you were in the area 07/10/25 07/10/25 - Phone calls/facebook post says your on holiday... 15/10/25 - Ignores my call, try using my partners phones no answer but a call back in a couple minutes, said you'd come around 17/10/25 17/10/25 - Your accident, and you attempting to help over the phone, advised me to get someone else out 3 days before we were leaving for a holiday, after I had said multiple times in phone calls. No one was available on such short notice. Gave up So just over a month, with me giving plenty of time for you respond, which never happened. I always had to call to chase up. Yes yearly maintenance cover wasn't updated, but you provided an alternative one off price which wasn't upheld. So don't make it sound like I only called you when you had your accident and asking for a handout by not updating the maintenance cover. Also the mobile number that you say isn't in use is still in your recent FB posts."
