"First, I called for an MOT appointment back in August. There was no answer on my calls when I phoned twice. Needed a full car service in November and same issue yet again. I appreciate that a garage is busy, but that's two separate customer businesses lost on two occasions. Won't be calling them for work again as they don't appear to answer the phone. Which is a shame, as they are the closest garage to where I live. Perhaps arrange for a call back system? I daresay I won't be the only potential customer that looks elsewhere when you don't answer the phone!"
