"Really couldn’t recommend enough. Brought my car in for MOT, and was honest I knew it would fail for EML. They gave me options of how to best proceed foreword with no pressure, they done the MOT and advised nothing else was wrong apart from the EML, which they proceeded to carry out diagnostics and rectify the problem for me. I had last minute booked the appointment and within 6 hours they had all work done, the car passed MOT and kept me informed and up to date. Outstanding service!! I know people can be hesitant going to garages especially for MOTs and as a women, but the workers here are very honest, understanding and professional with no pressure or false information. Thank you all again. I would recommend to anyone and re visit"

"I’m delighted with the Continental tyre installed by the team, and the quality of the work overall was excellent. However, I was disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour of one of the mechanics. During the service, I overheard a technician tell another to “cheer up,” followed by laughter. While I understand that workplace banter is typical, I found this comment, particularly in front of a customer, unprofessional. Having worked in construction myself, I’m used to informal environments, but even by those standards, I found the behaviour inappropriate.”"

"Went in for a puncture repair. Staff instantly seemed completely uninterested. Took him two minutes to decide it couldn't be done as 'too close to the tyre wall', which I knew was not the case. He told me I'd need to buy a new tyre. Declined and called up kwikfit Hartlepool who repaired the tyre within the hour. This is why national tyres has a bad reputation. Would not recommend."
