"Some 7 weeks ago i asked for a visit to measure for hall, stair and landing carpet. 2 weeks later they came to measure up and would ring us the next day with a quote. i am still waiting for the quote. I have now been to another company and had it measured and fitted. Mulgrave Carpets will not get any recommendations from me."

"We bought a large roll end which they cut to my husband's measurements and bound the edges. They delivered it for free & we then discovered my husband can't measure for toffee! No problem to these fantastic people, they picked the carpet up, took it away, cut it to the correct size, re-bound the edges & delivered it back to us the same day! They are lovely, friendly people who go the extra mile with a smile!"

"5 star service from the staff in the shop, very friendly, will give you great advice and suggestions regarding what you are wanting and willing to help in any way they can. Saved us £1500 when comparing it to other quotes. Absolutely lovely bunch of people! Blokes who came to fit it however were very rude when speaking to me and was practically pushed out of the door as soon as they came in. I stayed with my neighbour while they were working and we got constant knocks on the door telling me to go and make him another cuppa despite me telling them to just feel free to help themselves as I had my daughter to see to. also took more off me than the price I was told I needed to pay them because he didn't have change and "we've had 5 hours of their work anyway so it's only fair" along with a few other issues with them. Can't fault their work though the carpets are perfect but as for customer service skills- not very professional unlike those in the shop. Would still buy from here again though but just leave my husband to deal with the fitters next time 😂"
