"I've been bringing my cars and camper vans to Morgans for many years and I've always had excellent service from Derek and the other guys, and a great standard of work. I really trust this company, and it's a rare thing to find a garage you can say that about! A number of times I've taken my vehicles there assuming there was an expensive problem only to be told nothing needed doing, or even that it was only a small adjustment and there was no charge. How many other garages would be so honest? I don't live in Hartlepool these days - in fact I live over an hour away - but I still travel up there every time for services, MOTs etc because in my experience, Morgan's are worth it!"

"Have been to this garage on numerous occasions, last minute for new tyres and puncture repairs! Absolutely fantastic always manage to squeeze me in even when they are jam packed. Which I really appreciate (I'm a home carer) the little guy always run off his feet but professional and always makes me feel welcome. (Not sure if he's the owner) if not he deserves a pay rise! This is the only garage I go to and don't feel like they see a woman and think of the ££ signs."

"Wouldn't repair a puncher only wanted to sell new tyre. Called in on a Saturday morning refused to help said because he had already done a puncher repair and it had taken him 45 minutes he needed a break. So said come back later on after. So when I called back still refused. says he thought I wanted a new tyre. Won't be going there again."
