"Had car serviced, warning light illuminated to say too much oil, handbook of car stated it could cause engine damage, contacted garage who said it was nothing to worry about that it was probably an egg cup full that needed to be removed and it would cause no damage, to pop in during the week. Popped back and understandably all the ramps were in use so could not do it there and then, took number to give me a call as soon as a ramp became available, no call received. Reluctant to use the car with warning light illuminated as handbook states it can cause engine damage, so car now parked up until Monday. Frustrating and not very reassuring, which is a shame as this garage and one other had been recommended in the town, and would rather support local independent businesses."
