"We recently had a new bathroom installation carried out by L&L, and I must express how brilliant they were. From initial choosing of our new bathroom fittings & accessories to having the work carried out they were nothing but absolutely professional. The lads who carried out the installation were extremely good and , considering the extent of the work, they tidied up after themselves every day. I highly recommend L&L without hesitation - superb!"

"I recently decided to replace my downstairs toilet, I went to L&L for a quote. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, I had an idea of what I wanted, and they helped me to decide and gave a quote which was very fair. The room was measured and a plan was put into place, it was exactly what I wanted. A date was fixed for the work to start, they turned up exactly at the time quoted. The work was very professional the goods were of a very good quality. I would highly recommend this company."

"I had a fantastic experience with L&L Bathroom and Kitchen in Hartlepool. I went in to ask about spare tiles, and the owner was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did he give me the tiles free of charge, but he also kindly delivered them to my home since they were too heavy for me to carry. Such generosity and customer care are rare these days – I can’t recommend this business highly enough!"
