"So disappointed, used them before to fit a new boiler and continued to have it serviced no problem. But this time 4 hours late and ignoring messages and calls then sent apprentice to have a look? Confirmed another time and same again- no show no communication no response. Really let down - so still no hot water, service or replacement toilet. Your life is in their hands so if you have the patience to wait and just stay in just in case and don't mind being ignored, let down then this is the team for you. Thought they were decent guys."
