"Worst garage experience i have ever had, booked service and MOT, and a few minor repairs, firstly wouldn't source a part so I had to do this myself and supply, on collection drove vehicle home and EML came on immediately, searched the car for my ODB2 scanner and discovered it was missing from the car (eventually located and returned as had mysteriously found its way into mechanics box), whilst searching for the missing item discovered that there was an inch of water in the footwell and door pocket, once home a quick look around the car revealed that O2 sensor had not been reconnected following flexi change, took it back and they seemingly reconnected the O2 sensor, but told probably needs a new sensor (was fine before it went there) EML still wouldn't clear, bought my own replacement and fitted and discovered that clip had been snapped off the original and it wouldn't stay put (sensor works fine just wont stay connected since these guys had it, vehicle had K&N reusable air filter fitted so as it hadn't been cleaned in a year I purchased the cleaning kit, went to clean filter discovered that despite a big label on the air box stating do not discard that the expensive K&N filter had been removed and replaced with a cheap paper filter, fuming, will never use this garage again, Avoid at all costs"
