"When the snowy weather caused our old outside pipes to freeze and when the rules for the amount of exposed flue were changed he came round straight away to remedy both these issues. He is exceptionally knowledgable, polite and no task is too much. He also makes sure that everything is tidy before leaving. I can’t recommend him highly enough."
