"Avoid at all costs. Ordered laminate flooring, took the full payment then rang and said it was discontinued although it was available in all the other stores! Fitters came to fit my stair carpet and they were rude and unprofessional because I stated I didn’t want my carpet cutting to size in the street and in front of the neighbours house. I was assured when I purchased the carpet that it was cut to size in the shop before fitting! (Absolute lie). I was then told the fitters refused to return to my house and fit the carpet (completely unprofessional). The manager was as useful as a chocolate fireguard and never called me back as he said he would. 2 hours later I had to call him resulting in me having to get a refund. I would recommended using Steve’s carpets as I went in on the Saturday, purchased a carpet and is going to be fit on Monday. Now that’s service! I wouldn’t even give Franks 1 star. They really need to address their customer service and if I were Mr Maguire I would be looking at the staff in that store and the fitters who are representing his business."

"Not good. We've only had our carpets down a year. We weren't really advised, other than to buy more expensive underlay. There are ripples in the carpet. The stairs carpet is coming up at the edges. Absolutely shocking. The fitters are rubbish as well as the quality of carpet we were sold. Never again. We're having to get new flooring for our full house after just one year."
