"I was very skeptical about going to a different Franks as I had a bad experience with the one in Stockton. Staff in the shop are friendly. Carpet was supposed to be delivered on chosen date and we waited in until early afternoon, then we received a phone call saying the carpet had marks all over it and they would need to order a new one and we couldn't get it fitted for another three days, this put us out for a number of reasons however it was not the end of the world. I chased the carpet up the next day to see what information they could give me etc. There is a really nice man who works in there who tried to get the carpet fitted earlier etc, he is a credit to the store. Carpet fitters came and they were excellent, I heard one of them say he was closing the door so I wouldn't get cold when they were bringing the carpet through the door. The carpet has been fitted to a high standard and tucked in to the edges neatly, the carpet fitters are a credit to the store and to their profession."

"Sales side is absolutely fabulous. But fitters were shocking, I had 2 bedrooms, stairs and bathroom fitted by them . They didn’t put underlay in my large walk in cupboard (although I through away plenty) so now there is a big dip in the flour at the entrance to the cupboard, the finish on the stairs last step is not a smooth finish and on top of all that they over charged me. Absolutely furious 🤬"
