"My experience with Crazy Price Carpets We paid approximately £1,200 for carpet supply and fitting at our home. Following installation, we were left with several issues, including: • Internal doors that no longer close due to carpet height and threshold installation • Raised metal thresholds sitting proud and causing obstruction • Carpet not properly stretched or finished in places • Debris, offcuts, and mess left behind • Adhesive residue transferred onto an existing floor A brand-new light fitting was also damaged during the work. All issues were reported immediately. We were advised not to touch anything while the matter was “investigated”. Despite this, no one attended, and after waiting through Christmas and following up again in January, we have received no further response. This review reflects our personal experience. Photos and videos were taken at the time to document the condition the property was left in. Based on our experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all issues are resolved in writing."

"I had seen crazy price carpets advertised on social media so I thought I’d go in to have a look at the range they had. I was looking for the stair carpet and with the help of the man in store I picked out the perfect one. Was so easy and comfortable in store and had fitting the next day! The man that came to fit the carpet was great I felt really comfortable having him in my home and he did a great job. I had a courtesy call the next day to check everything was okay and the lady on the phone was lovely! Really happy with the whole experience and will 100% be recommending to friends and family!"

"10/10 for crazy price carpets!! I have recently had a landing and stair carpet fitted and what a brilliant job the lads did I’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends. And I’ll 100% be returning in the near future for more carpet for other rooms. Quality of the carpet is fantastic, very budget friendly so there’s something for everyone! Amazing customer service kept me updated, friendly and polite. Amazing job all round and a very happy customer"
