"Long story short- I do not know about installing a new boiler. Kyle installed and commissioned one which did not have an overflow valve, I was told it should not have been commissioned and could have been dangerous. Finally he installed a new valve but sent me a text asking for a further £75. I had assumed this work was rectifying his mistake, I was seeking advice when 2 days later I get a threatening text demanding I pay it by the end of the day or he would go and remove it. I have paid it as I do not want my tenant to experience anything nasty and for the first time ever, I am writing a bad review on a tradesperson. Good ones provide a good after care service. There is a lot of trust involved in having a new boiler installed. Thankfully my tenant only had a week where the (new) boiler broke down without heating and nothing worse than that."
