After a few local quotes and many stressed days, I selected Neil Armstrong from CONNECT Gas and Heating, and I am so pleased I did!!! Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the time, and, patience that Neil took to explain my boiler options, to ensure efficiency and cost to heat my 3 bedroom home. Its really hard to find reliable workman!! Most talk the talk, bet never deliver. So, I was pleasantly suprised to find that CONNECT arrived in time and on the date arranged. Neil got to work immediately. He left no mess, he explained the workings of my new boiler, and took all rubbish away. The whole experience was excellent!! "Needed a radiator moved from one side of the bedroom to the other. Survey was done to advise on what prep needed doing (we have solid concrete floors) CGH&W got in touch a couple of days later as they had availability to fit me in due to a cancelled appointment. Plumber did a great job with the radiator. He was clean and tidy. A boiler service was also carried out. All in all a great service at a good price. Highly recommended."
