Martin was out in no time and kept my mother's heating operating throughout the fault finding process. He determined the fault, and saved £1000s on what could have been a new boiler, if he hadn't found the actual fault, which was a leak in the heating system. He was also very patient and kind with my elderly mother, she is very grateful for that as well, as am I! On a separate job he did for my mother, he replaced a toilet and again, did a fantastic job.
