"Avoid their installation service; good manufacturer...but: Both times I used this company I had to have 'remediation actions' take; in the 2025 contract these were detected and enforced by formal building control inspections as Celestial's management declared that their internal 'installation manager' lacked the skills to assess building work. Seriously, I requested - and got - the recording of the phone call via an SAR stating this. Their approach was so bad on the last job they couldn't/wouldn't complete as they 'ran out of money' (again, quoting from a phone call I have their record of), so I had have the contract finished at my own, extra, expense - and the hassle that went with it. Hence photos show Phase I of III - all that was delivered. Is poor to medium quality, if Building Control complient (i.e. 'minumum safe standard'): the blockwork is particularly shocking - who does blockwork like that and not called 'Clive'? - remember this is their second attempt as they took it down to 'remediate' (install) the insulation they missed underneth it the first time. Oh and the frist waste skip was on the pavement and over the street's fire/water hydrant; was removed when I pointed this out to the skip company directly and Celestial organised a replacement. The replacement was on my lawn for a month until I arranged for its removal directly - again - with the waste company.....who didn't know what size it was until I went out and measured it."

My passage feels lighter after Celestial encouraged me to get a door with more glass, and it feels warmer too. Its robust and secure and to top it off, it looks absolutely gorgeous!
