"Honestly the most awful manner I've ever received from a Garage in my whole life. I just went to this Garage with a full of respect, spoke to him in a very nice way and, told him I only need to change only one headlight bulb, but if I want to change both headlights and both sidelights then how much would the total price be? Then he said will be £45. So, I respefully said is there by any chance please you can make it between £35 and £40 please in a very friendly way then he rudely and miserably said : "Nah I'm not bothered, take it somewhere else!." Haway pal it's only a question no harm to ask how awful your customer service is that? Funny enough tho I took it to somewhere else and honestly the another garage was more than genuine enough to check my lights and says that there is nothing wrong with your lights and don't need to change them and I was willing to give him a fiver for his time and he didn't even accept to take it. So, I guess your rudeness advice saved me a fortune and please be always rude to the customers so that they can save a fortune. What a joke man! Defoo not coming back again."

"Absolutely amazing service from the men at Brian’s garage! Messaged last week on Thursday and they booked me straight in for the next Thursday. Bit of hassle on the day taking it in but they were so lovely and got my car fit in anyways. They let me know any extra issues they found and made sure I was okay with having them done before going ahead. The cheapest people I found to do a timing chain and had no problems. Found a problem with the exhaust and were able to still keep it cheap for me. Would 100% use again in the future if any other problems arise :)"

"We needed an emergency repair as we were traveling back home the following day and the car had suddenly begun making whining sounds from the left front brake caliper. Brian said we could leave the car for him to look at but he couldn't do the repair until the following day. He managed to check and repair all on the same day and at a very good price. We were very greatful as we could travel home as planned."
