"Booked in twice with Ritchie from BM Zone for my 3 Series M Sport to get an air conditioning regas, replaced grill and a full service. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Got my Air con from 18.4 degrees coldest down to an amazing 1.9 degrees, with a receipt that showed he only charged for the amount of gas I needed refilling (240mg) to top back up to 550. Service was done with expert care and even had all the plastics in the bonnet mopped down which was a lovely touch. Car is running smoother and quieter than when I first got it from the previous owner 13 months ago.
