"Extremely pleased with the 800mm walnut rotunda unit and basin purchased. Absolutely beautiful design unlike anything else on the market which in a moderately sized bathroom has allowed us to have a wide sink without sacrificing loads of floor space. Unit arrived very well packaged and undamaged despite evidence of some bumps in transit. There was even a screw stuck in the top of the box but the level of packaging which included a piece chipboard for protection meant it was no issue at all. This clearly would’ve been an issue caused by the courier in transport anyway so be sure to have the driver mark the item as damaged IF you have an issue so it can be recorded there and then, which I imagine helps the sending company reclaim costs from couriers too. But regardless, the unit and basin were both significantly protected as you would hope from a high end product. More importantly… the unit and basin look fantastic and feel quality with a solid build, so I am very much looking forward to installing it and seeing the finished product! Speaking of which, I want to highlight the breath of fresh air when speaking to Mark the owner regarding this. With the cost of the unit and not having seen it before purchasing, I was concerned about its durability and possibly having to modify the unit internally to accommodate pipework through the floor. I phoned AQUAROC and spoke to Mark to ask what that might mean for the warranty and I was extremely happy to hear Mark’s common sense attitude and customer care to state that such a matter would not affect the warranty of the external, unmodified finish should that ever become damaged for an unrelated reason, which he and I (now having seen it) are confident would never be an issue anyway. I had one minor issue upon inspection of the item which I emailed explaining and received a call back from Mark within 2 minutes expressing apologies for any inconvenience and quickly actioning a remedy which resolved it with no delay to the job. Ultimately what I’m trying to convey is that my dealings with AQUAROC have been a far cry from most other companies these days who are all too happy to void a warranty for a silly reason or pass the blame for end user satisfaction to someone else. I am extremely fussy and more than happy to hold companies to account for sub par products/service but I will gladly and confidently recommend AQUAROC and its products to others going forward and I hope that this review encourages anyone who is unsure to have confidence that you will receive a quality product and the customer service to match. I have no issue paying for quality when that is what I received in product and service. Thanks AQUAROC."
