I’ve been bringing my car here for its annual MOT and service for several years now, and they always manage to fit me in within a very reasonable timescale — even the year I left it to the last minute! The staff genuinely go above and beyond to help. Majority of the time, my car is seen and back with me within just a few hours. On one occasion, I even dropped in without an appointment after another driver reversed into my car down the road from the garage. They kindly checked it over to make sure it was safe to drive and even popped the metalwork back into place so it wouldn’t catch on the door — all without making me feel like a nuisance.
