"Honestly I would avoid using this florist unless you’re willing to be VERY specific about what you want. If you send them a photo for example, they’re likely to use the same colours but made of much cheaper flowers (possibly none of the flowers that were even in the photo). They charge higher prices for size and volume but pack the bouquets out with cheap flowers. On occasions like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day it’s horrendous, they pre-make a huge amount of the same bouquets packed out with cheap flowers and charge way more than they’re worth because they know people don’t have anywhere else to go, and refuse custom orders to everyone has to buy cheap, poor quality flowers for these occasions (you’re honestly better off going to a supermarket). I’ve had a couple of nice bouquets from there, but only when I’ve explicitly phoned up and asked them NOT to bulk out the bouquets with certain flowers and given an exact specific list of the flowers I want. Don’t bother sending them a photo as they’ll just replicate the photo but in a much cheaper and tackier way. Very disappointed. Today we were sent something completely different from what was asked for, with only ONE type of flower from the photo that was sent (and only a few of those at that). The other flowers (2 out of 3, as there were only 3 types in the photo that was sent), were completely absent and replaced with things that were not ordered. I won’t be giving this florist another chance and I’ll be looking for another florist to use in future as I order flowers quite regularly. It’s actually made me consider opening my own, just so there’s somewhere nice for people to get quality flowers/bouquets for their loved ones. *Just an update, as I had originally deleted this review due to the shop reading out and offering to resolve the issue - We were contacted and offered a resolution to this issue with the missing flowers, however after then accepting this offer were then ignored."
