"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan and his services. Called him to repair a small broken panel in a leaded window and he came and gave a reasonable quote and date to repair. I Received a phone call a few days prior to his visit asking if it was ok to come a few days before he was supposed to as he didn't want the harsh elements (snow and rain) we were expecting didn't ruin my newly decorated dining room. He arrived on time and the job was completed with the utmost professionalism. He left the room in the same condition he found it in. Tidied and took all the resulting mess away. He gave me advice on aftercare and I paid the agreed sum. A couple of hours later he arrived back at my door with money in his hands. He'd realised that on reflection he had overpriced the job by a small amount (£10) and was returning what was owed to me. This honestly is the mark of a good tradesman. It's no wonder he's been in the trade for so long and customers like myself keep returning. Thank you Alan for a job well done."
