We had originally called around a few places for quotes and out of 4 or 5 different companies Alan was the only one who acted with upmost professionalism and respect. He arranged to come over and view the damage and give an estimate within 15minutes of my call, and gave me a quote of the cost less than 2 minutes after he had left. He was really professional and understanding and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Its lovely to be treated like a person and not just as the next paycheck and Alan was lovely and friendly throughout our whole experience. He gave the best price and the best experience by far. The window was fitted in record time and he was even kind enough to clean up any mess that was left behind afterwards, he even took it with him! "I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan and his services. Called him to repair a small broken panel in a leaded window and he came and gave a reasonable quote and date to repair. I Received a phone call a few days prior to his visit asking if it was ok to come a few days before he was supposed to as he didn't want the harsh elements (snow and rain) we were expecting didn't ruin my newly decorated dining room.
